About me

Hi, I’m Preya. I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I believe that healing begins with compassion and curiosity, and I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I will meet you where you are—with empathy, presence, and respect.

My approach to individual therapy

A key part of our work may involve exploring how early life experiences and relationships—particularly those from childhood—continue to shape your patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses in the present. By bringing awareness to these underlying dynamics, you can begin to make sense of your struggles, develop greater self-compassion, and create lasting change.

Our first individual session

In your first full session, we’ll begin by getting to know each other. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand what you’re experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to share anything before you're ready—our work will move at your pace, and we’ll focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
