About me

My cultural background is Spanish. I worked internationally as a software engineer for more than a decade before I found the courage to embark on my own self-development journey, becoming a coach and then a psychotherapist. I have studied, worked, and lived in the Nordics before settling in the UK. I welcome all cultural backgrounds into my therapeutic space.

My approach to couples therapy

Couple's and relationship's therapy is dedicated to helping partners untangle ineffective patterns and dynamics that may be hindering their relationship. Through exploration of what is working and what isn't, we will focus on your common or agreed goals, fostering a healthier and more fulfilling connection.

Our first couples session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory (video) call so we can have a short conversation about your reason to seek therapy at this time, and how we could work together. After that call, if you decide to start therapy, in our first session we will explore more in depth what you wish to explore or gain from therapy, and get down to work.
