About me
I am a UKCP and BPA-accredited Psychotherapist specialised in psychodrama psychotherapy and holding an MSc in Theoretical Psychoanalysis from UCL where I graduated with Distinctions. I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
My approach to couples therapy
In couple therapy, you will have the opportunity to make sense of what is happening inside you in the relationship you are in, understanding your own triggers and where they come from.
You will also learn how to communicate your triggers, your feelings, and your needs to your partner in a way that they can hear and understand without becoming defensive and shutting down.
Our first couples session
During the first session, I will ask questions to understand your current situation as a couple as well as your history together. I will also ask about questions about your own individual history that might be linked to your current experience in the couple.
