About me

I am sensitive, empathic and relational, while also honest in the quest for deep exploration, understanding and connection to inner wisdom. To help access this inner wisdom I often make use of a combination of talking therapy and creative techniques, such as visualisations, drawing or working with dreams.

My approach to individual therapy

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space in which anxieties, fears, frustrations and sorrows can be expressed and explored. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues and challenges.

Our first individual session

In the first session I will go through an initial assessment with you, which allows me to get a better sense of you, your background and the reasons for starting therapy.
