About me
I am an integrative psychotherapist based in London, offering in-person and online therapy to adults. I hold an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am a registered member of BACP and an accredited member of UKCP. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity questions, and a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who function well externally but struggle internally with self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or repeating patterns in relationships. I aim to offer a calm, reflective space where you can slow things down, make sense of your inner world, and feel met without judgement. My work is collaborative and paced, shaped by your needs rather than a fixed agenda.
My approach to individual therapy
My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems ()–informed parts work. This means we pay attention to how early relationships and experiences continue to shape your emotional life, self-esteem, and ways of relating to others. Rather than trying to “fix” or get rid of difficult thoughts or feelings, we work to understand them as meaningful responses that once served a purpose. I place strong emphasis on emotional safety, self-compassion, and developing greater Self-leadership. Therapy can involve reflection, relational exploration, gentle parts work, and attention to bodily responses. I adapt my style to you. Some people need structure and clarity, others space and depth, and we regularly check in about how the work feels.
Our first individual session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see whether working together feels right. I will invite you to share what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for, but there is no pressure to tell your whole story at once. We will also look at any immediate concerns, current symptoms, and relevant background at a pace that feels manageable. I will ask you some key questions to understand your history, relationships, and how you tend to cope when things are difficult. By the end of the session, we will reflect together on next steps and whether ongoing therapy feels like a good fit.
